AbstractThe article thinks stock company and stock market are the outcome of rationalizing of the system of property rights.All the irregular problems that exist in our country's stock market are the results of the improper system of property rights.So ,if we want to bring out the true stock company and construct the really effective stock market,the essential means is to reform property rights in order to set up the proper system of property rights.
