摘要
目前,我国与欧美发达国家的企业在履行社会责任方面存在着很大的差距。国内很多企业实施公益捐赠行为缺乏战略思考、仍停留在"做善事"的层面,未形成规范化、制度化的运行机制,未将企业捐赠与制定企业长远发展紧密联系起来,可供选择的运作模式很少,实践中缺乏科学管理。发展我国企业公益捐赠事业,对于企业自身发展、和谐社会构建等具有重大的意义。合理的运行模式是加快我国企业公益捐赠事业发展的关键,必须结合我国国情,本着职能整合、责任落实、效率提高、管理到位和有利于项目全程管理的基本原则,实行"专业化监管、项目化运作"的运行模式。
There exists a big gap in performing social responsibility between the enterprises in China and developed countries of Europe and America. Many enterprises in China lack strategic thought in carrying out public beneficial donation, optional running mode, and scientific management in practice. They still lie in the level of doing beneficence, which need form systematic operating mechanism and connect enterprise donation with its long-term development. It is significant to develop public beneficial donation in China＇s enterprises for their own development and construction of harmonious society. Reasonable running mode is the key to quickening the development of public beneficial donation in China＇s enterprise. We should take a running mode of professional supervision and project operation based on national situation and the fundamental principles of functional integration, duty fulfillment, efficiency improvement, and strict management, and that of helping whole processing management of the project.
