摘要
回顾性分析了某三级甲等肿瘤专科医院住院医师发生医疗纠纷的几种成因及对其采取的有针对性的培训措施,能达到降低医疗纠纷发生率,提高医疗管理质量的作用。
The author retrospectively analyzed some major causes of medical disputes happened in the third -level A specialized tumor hospital, and summarized the countermeasures of training the resident doctors in terms of these dispute causes, which played very good role in reducing the dispute rate and improving medical administrative quality.
