摘要
针对目前库车阿艾矿区各矿井顶板管理方式存在的安全隐患,采用"采空区强制放顶和工作面坚硬顶板循环放顶"技术,对各矿井采空区内煤层上部的直接顶板进行强制放顶工作,处理高度12~14m,并全部填充采空区,使采空区顶板的动能压力得到充分释放,以实现强制放顶的总体目标。根据库车阿艾矿区矿井采空区直接顶板强制放顶工作经验,建议一些使用简易悬移支架实施走向长壁式炮采工艺的小型煤矿,在其后期工作面推进中,采用先进的超前预爆破处理顶板技术,从根本上解决顶板隐患问题。
In allusion to hidden safety trouble existing in the Aai mine area, Kuqa, as a result of coal roof management style, the "gob area overhead caving and working face hard roof cyclic caving" technology is used to carry out immediate roof overhead caving above coal seams in gob area of each coalmine, processing height 12-14m, and fully filled up gob area, adequately released roof kinetic pressure to realize the overall objective of overhead caving. By virtue of Aai mine area gob area overhead caving experiences, it is advised that in some small coalmines where using facility suspended support to implement strike longwall blasting mining technology, the advanced pre-splitting blasting roof processing is adopted during later stage working face advancing to settle roof hidden trouble radically.
