乳腺影像学检查中钙化灶的临床研究现状及进展 被引量:1

摘要 随着人们生活方式的改变以及社会和自然环境等诸多因素的影响,乳腺癌的发病率逐年上升,且发病年龄趋向年轻化。乳腺癌如能早期发现、及时治疗,其预后较好。文献报道,乳腺癌患者的乳腺内钙化的发生率高达35%~75%,切取乳腺钙化区组织行病理检查可早期发现乳腺癌,所以乳腺钙化灶的研究对于乳癌的早期诊断有重要意义。关于乳腺钙化形成的机制,目前观点不一。有人认为乳腺钙化是肿瘤细胞分泌钙形成的,也有的认为乳腺钙化是肿瘤细胞变性及坏死引起的钙盐沉着的因素。本文就乳腺影像学检查中钙化灶的研究现状及进展综述如下。
