骨桥蛋白在胶质瘤中的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 骨桥蛋白（osteopontin，OPN）是一种具有多种功能的细胞基质蛋白。大量的研究证实，OPN有助于多种肿瘤的生长、侵袭和转移，是一种新的肿瘤标记物。近年来研究表明OPN表达与胶质瘤临床病理分级及预后相关，并在胶质瘤的发生发展中发挥重要作用。以调控OPN表达为靶目标，从而进一步抑制胶质瘤的浸润发展，可作为胶质瘤基因治疗的一个潜在靶点，对进一步深入了解胶质瘤的病因和开创临床治疗的新局面有着重要意义。
