摘要
目的研究三种含氟黏结系统对牙釉质抗酸性的影响。方法收集因正畸拔除的健康双尖牙96颗,分4组,经四种不同的方法黏结后置于酸性人工唾液内,依次(1、2、3和4周)从每组中随机抽取6颗牙测定 Ca^(2+)浓度。结果对照组和三种含氟黏结系统在酸性人工唾液中不同时期的抗酸性不同。氟保护剂组和光固化树脂加强型玻璃离子水门汀组的抗酸性较强。结论氟保护剂组和光固化树脂加强型玻璃离子水门汀组可应用于临床,并可减少釉质的损伤。
Objective The purpose of this experiment is to observe the effect of three fluoride-releasing adhesive systems on the acid resistance of enamel in vitro. Methods Ninety six premolars extracted because of orthodontic treatment were chosen and divided into 4 groups. After bonded with four different methods respectively, each was immersed in acid artificial saliva. Six specimens in each group were randomly selected to determine the concentration of Ca^2+ at t week,2 weeks,3 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment. Results There were statistically significant differences among the control group and three fluoride-releasing adhesive systems. Group silicone difluoride(SiF2) and group resin-modified glass ionomer cement(RMGIC) can inerease the acid resistance of enamel. Conclusion SiF2 and RMGIC can be used in clinical, and decrease demineralization of enamel.
