摘要
研究了PVDF压电薄膜的压电特性,并对由该材料制成的简易水压接收器进行了实验研究。大量的实验结果表明,应用PVDF材料制作水压传感器,不仅具有很好的接收水压信号的能力,而且其许多其他特性都优于现已使用的压电传感器特性,特别是耐冲击和抗腐蚀性能尤为突出,因此具有很好的应用前景。
The piezoelectricity characteristics of PVDF piezoelectric films were studied, and a simple underwater pressure receiver was designed by doing experimental research and using PVDF material. The experiment results show that the underwater pressure transducer produced by PVDF piezoelectric material is good at receiving the underwater pressure signal and that many of its characteristics are better than those of piezoelectric sensor being used (especially the shockproof, corrosion proof charac- teristic). This technology has a good prospect for application, which is helpful to design a new-type underwater pressure receiver.
