摘要
【目的】探讨替硝唑口腔贴片治疗牙周炎患者的临床疗效。【方法】将136例牙周炎患者,随机分为研究组与对照组,各68例。研究组采用替硝唑口腔贴片,对照组采用替硝唑口服片剂,对比两组疗效。【结果】龈沟出血指数(SBI)、菌斑指数(PLI)、牙周袋探诊深度(PD)、牙松动度、龈下菌斑菌群总数(CFU)两组治疗前后均得到明显改善(P<0.01),但两组之间不存在统计学差异(P>0.05)。临床综合疗效方面,两组不存在统计学差异(P>0.05)。药物有关不良事件研究组3例,对照组4例。【结论】替硝唑口腔贴片是治疗牙周炎的一种有效用药途径,望作为牙周炎治疗的重要辅助手段。
[Objective] To explore the clinical effect of tinidazole of buceal patch in treating periodontitis. [Methods] A total of 136 periodontitis patients were divided randomly into study group and control group, each group included 68 cases. Tinidazole buccal patch was used for study group, while tinidazole oral tablets were used for control group. The clinical effects of two groups were compared. [Results] SBI, PLI, PD, tooth mobility, CFU of two groups were significantly improved after treatment （P 〈 0.01 ）, hut there was no statistical difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05）. There was no statistical differences in clini- cal comprehensive effect too. Adverse event related with drugs was 3 in study group, and 4 in control group. [Conclusions] It is au effective approaches tu treat periodontitis with tinidazole buccal patch and could be used as an important supplementary means for periodontitis treatment.
