莫代尔纤维光泽度好、柔软滑爽、吸湿性能优良,但在湿处理时纤维端易从纱线中游离,产生毛羽,因而要求加工时尽量保持低张力和低速度。采用短流程前处理工艺及合理的后处理工艺,可缩短加工时间,并可减少毛羽的产生。文中介绍了莫代尔/棉筒子纱的络筒与压纱、前处理、染色及后处理,经该工艺加工的成品纱各项物理指标及色牢度均较好。
Modal fibers featured good gloss, soft smooth, excellent moisture absorption, but it was easy to form hairiness during processing. The production of Modal/cotton cheese was introduced including winding, pretreatment, dyeing and finishing. With short pretreatment process and reasonable finishing techniques, the time and hairiness could be reduced The finished yarn had better physical indicators and color fastness.
