摘要
网络组织通过不同企业之间的长期交易和合作关系,将企业间的资源、能力整合为一个整体,把隐性知识转化为能够被组织所共享的显性知识,从而使网络组织在知识获取上具有有效性。而且,网络组织成员之间的合作互动、社会性、重复性交易及资源的动态整合特征创造了网络组织的学习功能。
Through the long-term trading and cooperative relations among different enterprises, the network organization integrates the resources and the ability of enterprises as a whole, and turns tacit knowledge that shared by the organizations into explicit knowledge, so that the network organizations have the effectiveness in the knowledge acquisition. Moreover, the characteristics of the network organization such as the cooperation and interaction among the members, their sociality, repetitive transactions and the dynamic integrating of resources＇ characteristic have created a network learning function.
