摘要
目的探讨RECO脊柱内固定系统治疗单节段胸腰椎骨折的疗效。方法对单节段胸腰椎骨折患者采用后入路RECO脊柱内固定系统治疗10例。结果10例均获随访,时间3～5(4±1)个月,X线检查显示伤椎复位固定良好。神经功能Frankel C级1例恢复至D级,D级1例恢复至E级。结论RECO脊柱内固定系统结构简单、操作方便、复位确切、固定可靠,是治疗单节段胸腰椎骨折的有效方法。
Objective To explore the operation of slngle-level thoraeolumbar fi＇acture and the effect of pediele RECO internal fixation system. Methods Ten cases with single-level spinal thoraeolumbar fracture were treated early with posterior RECO open reduction and internal fixation. The operation effect was evaluated. Results Ten cases were followed up for 3 - 5 months, averaged（4 ± 1 ） months. X-ray showed good reduction of fracture in all cases. The recovery of fixation and neurological function was assessed. 1 case was restored from Franke C to Franke D, 1 case from Franke D to Franke E. Conclusions Posterior pedicle RECO internal fixation system has reliable therapeutic effect on single-level thoraeolumbar fracture.
