图书馆员的情商素养直接关系到图书馆业务工作的开展和成效。从对情感智商基本含义的理解,结合图书馆员职业活动特点,阐述情绪对图书馆员职业活动的影响,并提出其情绪管理的几点建议。
The emotional intelligence quotient literacy of librarians is directly related to the work and performance of libraries. The paper, by introducing the concept of emotional intelligence quotient and combining with the occupational characteristics of librarians, elaborates the impact of emotion to librarians and proposes some suggestions on how to manage emotions.
