摘要
为了评价血凝仪对国际标准化比值（ＩＮＲ）的影响，模拟ＷＨＯ标定凝血质的参比方法，用一种已知国际敏感指数（ＩＳＩ）的凝血质对两种血凝仪的特异性ＩＳＩ进行标定，并以ＩＮＲ形式报告ＰＴ结果。结果表明，未经标定前，两种血凝仪测得结果有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），标定其系统的ＩＳＩ后，再以公式ＩＮＲ＝ＰＲＩＳＩ得出其结果，结果无差异。说明不同血凝仪对ＩＮＲ有一定影响。
In order to evaluate the coagulometers'influence on INR. by lmitating the reference method of World Health Organization(WHO) demarcation thromboplastin, has used an already known thromboplastin of the international Sensitivity index(ISI) to demarcate the distinctine quality ISI of two kinds of coagulometers, and has made the report of PT result in the form of INR. It shows thst there lies a marked difference between the two kinds of coagulometers before being demarcated. After demarcating the ISI of their systems and getting the result in the formula as INR=PR ISI , the difference disappears. This result shows that different coagulometers have some influence on the INR, and the demarcation of the instruments can avoid the influence partially.
