摘要
为探讨高度近视眼的视觉电生理特征及其与眼底改变之间的相互关系,采用国际标准方法记录双眼ERG最大反应和自然瞳孔条件下的EOG。结果:高度近视组与对照组比较,除b波峰时值无明显差异外,其余各项指标均有异常。高度近视组在眼底尚未出现改变的Ⅰ期,其EOG和ERG就已出现异常,随病变加重,其指标的异常也更加明显。高度近视眼组各期、型间,EOG和ERG某些指标也有明显的差异,但高度近视组EOG与ERG各项指标间并无明显的相关关系。说明高度近视眼功能上的损害早于眼底的改变,这种损害是多层次同时发生的,对高度近视眼应联合使用多种视觉电生理的检查方法。
To investigate the relationship between the features of the visual electrophycioiogy and fundus change in high myopia.Methods EOG with undilated pupile and the maximal response of ERG in dark adapted eye were recorded in all patients according to ISCVE standard.Results comparing with the control group,except the latency of b wave,the other EOG and ERG indexs were abnormal in high myopia at stage Ⅰ.Those abnormalities were significantly decreased with increasing extent to degenerative and atrophic fundus changes from stage Ⅰ to Ⅲ,but no significant relationship among those indexs.Conclusion the functional lesion in high myopia appeared earlier than the visiable degenerative state of fundus,the lesion were occured in different layers in same time,so EOG and ERG should be combined to use.
