摘要
1例60岁女性患者,因上呼吸道感染静脉滴注0.9%氯化钠加头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠3.0g,静脉滴注结束后1h出现寒战、发热、呼吸困难,经给予及时对症处置20min后症状逐渐缓解。次日再次输入同样药物,未再出现上述症状。
A 60-year-old woman with upper respiratory infection was administered with an IV infusion of cefoperazone sodium/sulbactam sodium3.0 g dissolved in 50 ml of 0. 9% sodium chloride. The patient got chills, fiver, dyspnea, one hour after the IV was completed. A series of symptomatic treatment were given immediately. 20 minutes later, the reaction was resolved. The next day, the patient was given the same medicine again, the symptoms those mentioned above did not happen again.
