摘要
目的了解二尖瓣脱垂（ＭＶＰ）伴室性心律失常（ＶＡ）患者对ＱＴｃ间期离散度（ＱＴｃｄ）的影响。方法对２０例ＭＶＰ伴ＶＡ患者的ＱＴｃｄ与对照组进行比较。结果ＭＶＰ伴ＶＡ组ＱＴｃｄ明显高于对照组［分别为（５７±１４）及（３５±１０）ｍｓ］；ＶＡＬｏｗｎ分级≥Ⅲ级的发生率在ＱＴｃｄ＞６０ｍｓ组显著高于ＱＴｃｄ≤６０ｍｓ组。结论ＱＴｃｄ增加可能是ＭＶＰ患者产生ＶＡ的机制之一，ＱＴｃｄ可作为判断ＭＶＰ伴ＶＡ患者预后的独立参数。
URPOSE To investigate the effect of mitral valve prolapse (MVP) with ventricular arrhythmias (VA) on corrected QT interval dispersion (QTcd).METHODS QTcd on the 12 leads surface electrocardiogram was studies in 20 patients with MVP and VA, and 20 sex, age matched subjects without evidence of heart diseases.RESULTS QTcd significantly increased in MVP with VA group than control group [(54±14) vs (35±10)ms, respectively], the incidence of VA LOWN classification ≥Ⅲ class in QTcd>60ms group was significantly higher than QTcd≤60ms group.CONCLUSIONS The result showed that QTcd increase may be a mechanism to cause VA in MVP patients, QTcd identifies prognosis as a detection parameter independently.
