摘要
连续性肾脏替代治疗(CRRT)与机械通气、营养支持成为抢救危重病人的3大重要技术。由于CRRT血流动力学稳定、缓慢、等渗地清除水和溶质、有效控制脑灌注压、保持水和电解质平衡等优点拓展应用到非肾脏病病人之中。作者对CRRT应用于非肾脏病的种类、临床应用中的问题、应用中的监护等各方面作了回顾总结。
Continuous renal replacement therapy （CRRT）,mechanical venti- lation, and nutritional support have become three important technologies for rescuing critical patients. CRRT have been applied for patients with non--re- nal diseases because it has stable hemodynamics,it could remove water and solutes slowly and in isotonic,and it can effectively control cerebralperfusion pressure and keep water electrolytes balance. This artide summarized the ap- plication of CRRT in aspects of the types of non--renal diseases,problems in clinical application, and monitoring during the application retrospectively so as to guide clinical nursing work.
