摘要
通过对地暖系统使用的常规热交换机组的改进设计,可以解决常规热交换机组在使用过程中出现的采暖初、末期不能提供满足地暖系统设计要求的供水温度、机组调控能力弱、投资大等问题。现场使用证明,改进的换热装置结构简单,运行稳定。调控方便等特点,其投资费用较常规热交换装置节约30%左右。
By an improved design of water by water heat exchanger used in low temperature floor radiate system, the follow problems can be resolved. First, the routine heat exchanger can't provide the appropriate water temperature which the low temperature floor radiate system required at the beginning and the end of a heating-period; Second, the routine heat exchanger can't be convenient adjusted and the investment is more expensive than the new designed. Compared with the routine heat exchanger, the new designed is simple, and can be steady operated during running-time.
