摘要
高层建筑箱形基础下满堂摩擦群桩的沉降变形是地基计算中比较复杂的问题,由于这类建筑物荷重大,基础埋置深,基础面积比较大,其宽度一般超过10米,因此,采用一般地基沉降变形的计算方法与实测沉降结果差异较大。本文通过工程实践,对高层建筑箱形基础下满堂摩擦群桩沉降变形特征的分析,提出了视基础为刚性,调整压缩层深度,考虑地基为三向应力,按均布荷载作用下刚性矩形与带形基础的沉降计算方法。其计算结果与实际工程沉降较接近。
The calculation of settements of box-foundation with friction pilegroup in the fullness of area under highrise buildings is relative complex one in soil mechanics problems. Because the structure loads are very heavy, the depth of foundation is deep, the foundation area is large, the width of foundation is over 10m, the calculating results of settlements with general soil mechanics principle are different from the results of field tests. This paper analyzed the characteristic of the settlement of box-foundation with friction pile-group in the fullness of area for highrise buildings, based on the field tests. An analytical method of adjusting the calculation of compressed depth, regarding foundation as a rigid structure and considering three-dimensional stress state, was offered, which can be used for calculation of settlements of rigid rectangular or rigid straight foundation under the uniformly distributed loading. The calculated settlements with this method agree closely with the field test results.
