摘要
介绍了本钢南芬选矿厂三五选车间返矿处理工艺的技术改造,对改造前后的返矿处理工艺进行了对比。改造后三五选车间磨矿能力提高至64.13t/h,金属回收率提高0.4%,每年可为本钢多产铁精矿15000多吨。
The technical upgrading of the return fines treatment processes applied by No. 3 and No. 5 concentrating workshops in Nanfen Concentration Plant of Bengang is introduced, and then the technical contrast is made between conventional and newly upgraded treatment processes. It can be concluded that the grinding capacity reaches as many as 64. 13 t/h and the recycling rate of the metal increases by 0.4%. As a result, the output of the iron concentrates in Bengang can be increased by over 15 000 ton per year.
