摘要
通过对D406A钢切削性能的分析,在理论分析和实践经验的基础上,确立了D406A数控车削温度和车削力的数学模型;经过试验设计和分析计算,确定了模型中的参数。试验结果表明:用所建立的模型来预测加工中的车削温度和车削力是完全可行的。
This article first presents a mathematical predictive cutting temperature and force models of D406A based on analysis of material performance,theoretical method and experience; then a large set of turning tests had been conducted for D406A using carbide tools over a range of cutting variables such as : fed and width of cut to obtain the parameters of the model. Results show that, depending on the cutting conditions, theoretical values of cutting temperature and force predicted by these models were feasible.
