摘要
针对目前中小化工企业仓储管理的现状,分析了化工企业RFID应用的必要性。设计了基于无线射频识别(RFID)技术的仓储管理系统,对硬件进行配置,同时开发了相应的上位软件,完成了对标签的读写操作,并实现了对产品入库、出库、移库、盘点等整个流程的操作。由此证明了方案在实验阶段的可行性,并对其在化工行业应用的前景进行了展望。
Aiming at current status of warehouse storage management in small and medium enterprises, the necessity of applying RFID in chemical industry is analyzed. The warehouse storage management system based on RFID is designed; the hardware is configured and related software in host computer is developed to achieve read/write operations for the labels. The functions of the system cover the whole procedure of products putting into the storage, out of the storage, moving storage, and making an inventory, etc. The feasibility of the strategy is proved in experimental stage, and the applicable prospect in chemical industry is forecasted.
