摘要
目的:观察爱普利特治疗前列腺增生(BPH)患者的疗效;方法:对32例确诊BPH的门诊患者给予爱普利特治疗。结果:服药4个月后显效18例(56.3%),有效12例(37.5%),总有效率30例(93.8%)。结论:爱普利特是一种安全、有效的治疗BPH的药物,值得临床推广使用。
OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of epristeride for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH） METHODS Epristeride was given to 32 patients with the diagnosis of BPH in the clinic. RESULTS Epristeride was very ef fective in 18 cases （56. 3%） and effective in 12 cases （37.5%） with the total effective rate of 93.8%. CONCLUSION Epris teride is effective and safe for the treatment of BPH and worth for clinical use.
