摘要
目的检测妊娠期高血压子痫前期、子痫患者血小板膜糖蛋白(GP)Ⅰbα及Ⅱb的水平,并探讨其临床意义。方法采用流式细胞术检测16例轻度子痫前期患者、32例重度子癫前期/子癫患者和22名正常孕晚期孕妇剖宫产术前及术后72h内及20名正常非孕妇女血小板GPⅠbα、GPⅡb水平的变化。结果剖宫产术前,重度子痫前期/子痫组血小板GPⅠbα水平与正常非孕组、正常孕晚期组和轻度子痫前期组比较均明显降低,且差异有统计学意义;其他3组比较,差异无统计学意义;重度子痫前期/子痫组剖宫产术后,血小板GPⅠbα水平与术前比较明显升高,差异有统计学意义;各组血小板GPⅡb水平变化差异无统计学意义。结论GPⅠbα的水平是反映血管内皮损伤、血小板活化、黏附聚集、微血管血栓前状态的重要指标,对于监测病情发展和指导临床治疗具有重要意义。
Objective To determine the platelet GPⅠbα and Ⅱb levels of patients with pre-eclampsia and eclampsia and explore their clinical significances. Methods The blood samples of 16 patients with mild preeclampsia,32 patients with severe pre-eclampsia / eclampsia and 22 normal pregnant women were collected before and 72 h after caesarean section and determined for platelet GPⅠbα and Ⅱb levels by flow cytometry,using the blood samples of 20 non-pregnant healthy women as control. Results Before caesarean section,the platelet GPⅠbα level was significantly lower in severe pre-eclampsia / eclampsia group than in non-pregnancy,normal pregnancy and mild pre-eclampsia groups,while showed no significant difference in the latter three groups. The GPⅠbα level of patients with severe pre-eclampsia / eclampsia after caesarean section increased significantly as compared with that before caesarean section. However,no significant change were observed in the platelet GPⅡb levels of various groups. Conclusion As an important index reflecting the damage of vascular endothelium,the activation,adhesion and aggregation of platelet and the pro-thrombotic state in capillary vessel,GPⅠbα is of important significance in monitoring the progress of disease and guiding the clinical treatment.
