摘要
目的:观察参附注射液对维持性血透病人心功能的改善作用。方法:采用自身前后对照方法,对33例血透病人在每次血透后用5%葡萄糖20mL或生理盐水20mL加参附注射液40mL静脉注射。疗程3个月。结果:患者体力、精神状态、透析耐受性改善治疗前后自身比较十分显著(P<0.01),治疗后患者超声心动图各项指标总体上都有升高。LVEF和LVFS作为收缩指标,CI作为泵血指标,AC作为力学指标,从三个方面反映了心脏的功能治疗后有了明显改善。其中LVEF、LVFS、AC治疗前后有统计学意义。结论:参附注射液对维持性血透病人的体力、精神状态、提高血透的耐受性,心功能尤其是心脏收缩功能方面有明显改善作用。
Objective：To observe the improvement of heart function in the patients taking long term dialysis by Shenfu injection. Methods：Self-comparative method is employed, briefly, 33 patients administrated with 5% glucose 20mL or solution of 20mL physiologic saline plus 40mL Shenfu injection after dialysis during 3 months. Results ： The physical and mental status and toleration of patients improved significantly when compared with that of pre - therapy, with P 〈 0.01. Echocardiogram parameters ameliorated obviously. The contraction of heart denoted by LVEF and LVFS increased significantly. Mechanical index AC also restored obviously. Conclusion ： Shenfu injection improves the physical and mental status and toleration of the patients adopting long term hemodialysis treatment especially in myocardial contraction.
