摘要
开、阖、枢说最早见于《内经》、《灵枢》，《伤寒论》并未明言。后世医家多以此说解释六经病机和症状、阐发六经病变的传变关系、预测六经病变的预后、指导六经病的治疗，体现了祖国医学的整体观念，并且能够利用六经之间的联系进行论治，指导临床实践。
Abstract The theory of opening,closing and pivoting first appeared in NeiJing(Huang Di Internal Classic),Ling Shu(Miraculous Pivot)and Shang Han Lun(Treatise on Febrile Diseases),but was not clearly explained.The medical workers of the later generations explain,in the light of the theory,pathogenesis of the six channels,further explore transmitting relation among the six channels ,predict prognosis of diseases of the six channels for guiding the treatment of the sixchannel diseases.The facts really demonstrate the concept of wholism of traditional Chinese medicine.By analysing the relation among the six channels can doctors make differential diagnosis and plan their treatment.
