摘要
本文分析了政策性金融和开发性金融的运作方式,利用模型对政策性金融和开发性金融下政府、银行和企业行为的效率进行了对比。通过挑选企业和监督企业的过程,说明了在开发性金融的融资模式下,融资效率更高。开发性金融有别于政策性金融,它是一种独立的金融形态。
The paper analyzes the ways of operation of policy finance and development, and then compares the two forms in government behavior,bank behavior and finn behavior using economic model By the processes of choosing and observing firm,we show under the form of development finance, the efficiency of finance is better, and development finance is different from policy finance and it is an independent form of finance.
