摘要
下肢深静脉血栓形成血管内介入治疗方法包括导管直接溶栓术、经皮血管腔内成形术、经皮血管内支架置放术和机械性血栓消融术以及预防肺栓塞的下腔静脉滤器置放术等,临床效果肯定。制定治疗方案时需要结合妇产科术后生理和临床特点。
The risk of postoperative LEDVT in laparoscopy gynecological surgeries is similar to that of laparotomy. Endovascular intervention therapies for LEDVT consist of catheter-directed intrathrombus thrombolysis, balloon angioplasty, stent placement, mechanical thrombectomy and inferior vena cava filter placement.
