摘要
油气悬架技术是一种新型的车辆悬架技术,具有良好的非线性刚度特性和阻尼特性,能较理想地衰减因不平路面激励所造成的车辆振动。根据胶轮车的发展现状,结合油气悬架技术的结构原理与实际工程应用,分析了油气悬架技术在胶轮车中的应用概况,指出油气悬架技术是发展高水平、高质量胶轮车的一项关键技术,将在胶轮车中得到广泛的应用,具有良好的市场前景。
The oil and air suspended frame technology is a new vehicle suspended frame technology. The technology had a good non-linear rigid feature and damping feature and could be rationally to reduce the vehicle vibration occurred by the uneven road surface. According to the development status of the rubber tyre vehicle, in combined with the structure principle and the actual engineering application of the oil and air suspended frame technology, the paper analyzed the application status of the oil and air suspended frame technology to the rubber tyre vehicles. The paper pointed out that the oil and air suspended frame technology was one of the key technologies to develop the high level and high quality rubber tyre vehicle. The technology will be widely applied to the rubber tvre vehicles with a good market nrosaect.
