Construction Technology to Pressurized Seal High Pressure Gas and Sulphuretted Hydrogen Gas in Underground Mine

摘要 针对龙滩矿井+450 m回风石门施工中,揭露富含高压瓦斯和硫化氢气体的异常地质构造带,采用以带压钻进和带压注浆为核心的带压堵气技术及管棚注浆加固工艺,解决了煤矿井下巷道掘进通过富含高压瓦斯及硫化氢等有毒有害气体异常地质构造带的难题,同时,也有效防治了煤矿井巷施工中高压瓦斯、硫化氢等有毒有害气体。 According to the abnormal geological tectonic zone with rich and high pressure gas and sulphuretted hydrogen gas released during the construction of the + 450 m return air cross-cut in Longtan Mine, the pressurized sealing technology and the tube shield grou- ting reinforcement technology with pressure borehole drilling and pressure grouting as the key were applied to solve the difficulty of the abnormal geological tectonic zone with rich and high pressure gas, the sulphuretted hydrogen gas and other harmful gas occurred when the gateway heading through in the mine. The technology could also prevent and control the high pressure gas, the sulphuretted hydrogen gas and other harmful gas occurred during the mine shaft and roadway constructions.
