摘要
土壤样品经硝酸、盐酸和氢氟酸(5+3+2)混合溶液微波消解后,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定其钴含量。对消解体系、消解时间和消解温度的选择等进行了试验并予以优化。方法用于测定土壤样品中钴含量,加标回收率在96%~106%之间。与电热板消解法相比,经t检验,在置信水平a=0.05时,测定环境土壤标准样品,两方法无显著性差异。
The soil sample was digested with a mixture solution of HNO3, HCl, and HF(5+3+2) by microwave assisted sample digestion, and Co in the solution was determined by FAAS. The choices of digestion system, digestion time, and digestion temperature were studied and optimized. The proposed method was used in the determination of cobalt in soil, giving values of recovery in the range of 96%--106%. Analytical results of environmental soil sample obtained by microwave assisted digestion were compared with those obtained by the conventional digestion with acid mixture heated on electric heating plate, as verified by t-test at the confidence level of a=0. 05, no significant difference was found between the two digestion methods.
