摘要
以意大利圣东尼公司的单针筒SM8-TOP2无缝针织圆机为例,详细介绍了无缝针织圆机的结构和各部分功能,包括编织机件、三角装置、给纱装置等,并结合各机构的工作原理阐述了多种组织结构的编织过程和效果,如平针添纱组织、浮线添纱组织、浮线组织、集圈组织、提花添纱组织、毛圈组织、褶裥组织等,最后说明了纱线捻向、纱线张力、导纱嘴位置、哈夫针盘位置等生产过程中的技术要点。
Taking the Italian SANTONI manufactured single cylinder seamless weft knitting machine SM8 -TOP2 as an example,this paper introduces in detail the construction of single cylinder seamless weft knitting machines and also analyzes the functions of some main parts including knitting elements,cam systems,yarn feeding systems and so on. In addition,based on the working principles of different mechanisms,this paper introduces the knitting process and the effect of knitted structures such as plain plating stitch, float plating stitch,float stitch,tuck stitch,jacquard plating stitch,plush stitch and crepe knit. Furthermore,this paper illustrates the technological key points about setting of yarn twist direction,yarn tension,position of yarn guide and half needle dial.
