摘要
目的:观察苦参碱对人鼻咽癌CNE2细胞增殖的影响。方法:采用倒置显微镜观察苦参碱对鼻咽癌CNE2细胞形态的影响;采用CCK-8法检测苦参碱对鼻咽癌CNE2细胞生长的影响。结果:苦参碱处理后CNE2细胞形态发生改变,细胞皱缩,变小变圆,空泡明显。苦参碱能抑制鼻咽癌CNE2细胞的增殖。在实验浓度范围内,随着剂量的增加,抑制作用更加明显;同一剂量下,72h内药物作用时间越长,抑制作用越明显。结论:苦参碱能够抑制鼻咽癌CNE2细胞的增殖。
Objective ： To study the effect of matrine on human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell Line CNE2 Proliferation. Methods ： Morphological changes of matrine on CNE2 cells were observed by light microscope. Proliferation of matrine on CNE2 cells was measured by CCK-8 colorimetric assay after treated by various concentrations of matrine. Results ： Morphological changes of matrine on CNE2 cells ： cell shrinkage, cell size reduction and turn round, cytoplasmic vacuolar changes. Matrine at a concentration between 0.5 mg/ml and 2. 0 mg/ ml inhibited the proliferation of CNE2 cells in dose - dependent manner. From 0h to 72 h, matrine with same concentration inhibited the proliferation of CNE2 cells in time-dependent manner. Conclusion： Matrine can specially inhibit proliferation of CNE2 cells.
