泛素连接酶E3和肿瘤关系的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 决定蛋白质最后命运的是一类蛋白水解酶,在真核细胞中主要有两种蛋白质水解体系负责蛋白质的降解:溶酶体(lysome)和泛素一蛋白酶体(ubiquitinproteasome)。前者为人们所熟知,后者是近20年来科学家重点研究的目标。
