摘要
本文总结了我院七年来采用MEBT治疗烧伤病人588例的创面处理经验。提出大面积烧伤创面处理的关键措施在于及时合理地去除烧伤坏死组织，尽早迅速封闭创面。强调在烧伤创面治疗的全过程中，必须正确规范地使用MEBO，力求做到无损伤。对如何灵活选用MEBO暴露换药，MEBO半暴露换药和MEBO包扎换药提出了讨论。
This paper introduces the experience in treating588 cases of brun with MEBT. The authors pointed outthat the key measures for treating burn wounds includ-ing timely removal of necrotic tissue and promotingearIy cIosure of the wouds. The authors emphasizedthat proper use of MEBO is important to avoid furtherinjury of the wounds. A discussion on the technique forapplication and renewal of MEBO is presented.
