摘要
在快速扩散制造模式下,为保证工艺调整过程的严格控制和高效执行,确保扩散件的质量,研究了工艺快速扩散的过程,建立了基于工作流的扩散工艺调整过程模型以及调整影响分析模型,并将其应用于原型系统的开发。某航天企业的实施验证表明,该系统显著缩短了工艺调整时间,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。
In the mode of rapid proliferating manufacturing, in order to control the procedure of process adjustment strictly and efficiently, and ensure the stable quality of proliferated parts, the procedure of rapid process proliferation was studied, the process adjusting model was built based on workflow technology,and the method of adjusting influence analysis was put forward. A prototype system was also developed. Through the implementation in an aerospace enterprise, this system shortenes the adjusting time, improves production efficiency and reduces the cost effectively.
