摘要
１９９２年～１９９６年１０月，不用控制性降压药物，实行动脉导管未闭合并轻中度肺高压结扎手术麻醉处理１１例，术前测平均肺动脉压２．６６～３．６ｋＰａ９例，４．１２～４，６２ｋＰａ２例。结扎导管时，病人血压用加深麻醉药能控制到１３～１２／９～７ｋＰａ。术者试阻未闭的动脉导管，观察１～２分钟后，病人血压没有明显升高，监测心电图无异常改变，即可结扎导管，结扎导管后血压一般都在５～１０分钟内恢复到术前水平。
Anesthetic management for ligation of the patent arterial duct complicated by mild or moderate pulmonary hypertension was performed without using controlled hypotensor from 1992 to Oct.1996 in 11 patients.Preoperative mean pulmonary arterial pressure was 2.66～3.6kPa in 9 cases and 4.12～4.62kPa in 2 cases.Blood pressure could be controlled within 13～12/9～7kPa throgh profound anesthesia.Ligation of the patent arterial duct was made on condition that elevation of blood pressure was not distinct and electrocardiogram had no abnormal changes after blood flow was suspended by contricting the duct for 1～2min .Generally speaking ,the blood pressure was restored to the preoperative level 5～10min after the ligation.
