摘要
目的:观察雌激素对去卵巢高胆固醇鼠动物模型血浆内皮素—1的影响,以阐明雌激素抗动脉粥样硬化的部分机理。方法:21只Wistar雌鼠随机分入3组(各7只):A组(去卵巢未补充雌激素)、B组(去卵巢补充雌激素)、C组(未切除卵巢),都给予1%胆固醇饮食,8周后取血测定血浆内皮素的量。结果:A组内皮素明显高于B组(P<0.05)及C组(P<0.01)。结论:雌激素在整体水平可抑制内皮素—1的生成,可能为抑制动脉粥样硬化形成的重要机理。
We used oophorectomized wistar rats to investigate if estrogen could affect the production of endothelin1.The purpose of this study was to clarify part of the mechanisms of estrogen resisting atherosclerosis.Twentyone female witar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:Goup A,oophorectomized (n=7);Group B,oophorectomized and treated with 17βestradiol(0.5mg/d,n=7);Group C,not oophorectomized (n=7).Each of the 21 rats was given a high cholesterol(1%)diet.Eight weeks later,we took their plasma to test endothelin1 by RIA technique.Results:the plasm endothelin1 of the oophorectomized rats were significantly higher than that of the estradioltreated rats(P<0.05)and not oophorectomized rats(P<0.01).Conclusion:17βestradiol could inhibit the production of endothelin1 in vivo,thus resisting atherosclerosis.
