反应挤出过程中回收PET扩链反应的研究 被引量:2

摘要 选用羧羟基加成型扩链剂亚磷酸三苯酯(TPP),并以抗氧剂1010和环氧树脂为稳定剂,考察了反应挤出后回收PET(R-PET)的特性黏数、羧基含量(CV)的变化以及对扩链反应后期不稳定性的改善。结果表明,TPP能较大程度地提高R-PET的特性黏数,而环氧树脂可以改善扩链反应后期的不稳定性。R-PET在哈克流变仪上进行反应,反应条件为:TPP和环氧树脂质量分数分别为1%和0.20%时,转子转速为40 r/min,反应温度为260℃。 Triphenyl phosphite (TPP) ylene terephthalate) (R-PET), epoxy resin was used as chain extenders of recycled poly(ethand heat-oxygen stabilizer 1010 as the stabilizer. The changes of the inherent viscosity ,the content of carboxyl value(CV) of R-PET and improvement of the instability of the late extending chain reaction were studied. The results show that TPP can increase the inherent viscosity of R-PET to a great extent, and epoxy resin can improve the instability of the late extending chain reaction. The R-PET products can be obtained at the reactive conditions as follows: the temperature at 260℃ in the Haake rheometer, the screw rotation speed is 40 r/min, the mass fractions of TPP and epoxy resin are 1 % and 0.20 % respectively.
