摘要
对振动力场作用于聚合物材料而引起制品的聚集态结构变化进行研究,在动态挤出机中引用较大振幅及振动频率。结果表明,振动力场的引入,能使试样的结晶更加完善,晶体分布更加均匀,其主要原因在于振动力场的引入可以促使聚合物分子解缠结,聚合物熔体表观黏度降低,从而有利于聚丙烯分子的取向和结晶。
The aggregation structures of polymer material were studied under the influence of vibration field. The large amplitude and frequency were introduced into the whole stage of the polymer processing by dynamic extruder. The results show that the crystallization becomes more perfect and homogeneous when the vibration field is introduced.Some main reasons are found as follows: the introduction of vibration field looses the entanglement of inter-macromolecular and reduces apparent viscosity of polymer melt, thus leads to the macromolecular orientation and crystallization of PP.
