摘要
介绍资产证券化(ABS)的概念,分析ABS融资模式的特点,探讨在小水电项目中应用ABS融资模式的优越性和可行性,并通过对小水电项目资产证券化的供求分析,提出小水电项目ABS的基本运作程序和基本模式。
The concept of asset-backed securitization （ABS） is introduced. The characteristics of the ABS financing mode are analyzed. The superiority and feasibility of the ABS mode applied in a small hydropower project is studied. Throngh the supply and demand analysis of the asset-backed securifization modes in small hydropower projects, the basic operational procedure and the basic pattern of the ABS mode in a small hydropower project are put forward.
