摘要 介绍新疆博斯腾湖东泵站工程为了抵抗环境水侵蚀、提高混凝土耐久性,对厂房地面以下建筑物水工混凝土采用掺矿渣微粉的高性能混凝土作为工程结构材料的选择、设计及应用情况;从配合比、坍落度、施工工艺、泵送设备选型等方面,阐述了泵送高性能混凝土在施工中的应用。应用情况表明,该工程选择的抗侵蚀高性能混凝土泵送施工工艺解决了施工场地狭窄、混凝土浇筑困难等问题,取得了成功经验。建议类似工程严格进行温控设计,采取正确的保温保湿措施,从而有效控制裂缝产生,增强建筑物的耐久性。 In order to resist the environmental water corrosion and enhance the concrete durability, the high performance concrete mixed with fine scoria powder is used as the hydraulic concrete below the workshop of the east pumping station project at Xinjiang Bostan Lake. The high performance concrete is selected for the design and application of engineering structure materials. From the mix proportion, slump, construction technology, pumping equipment selection, and other aspects, the application of high performance concrete in construction are described. The applications show that the erosion resistance of high performance concrete solves problems such as the construction site being narrow and the difficulty of concrete casting. The successful use of the concrete has been achieved. It is suggested that similar projects carry out strict temperature control and design, and adopt the correct heat- insulating humid-holding measurement techniques, thus controlling the crack production effectively and enhancing the durability of the building.
