摘要
随着我国煤层气产业的快速发展,建立我国的煤层气气质标准迫在眉睫。由于煤层气与天然气成分上具有相似性,从而可以借鉴GB 17820—1999《天然气》标准中的部分技术指标及测试方法,来制定煤层气的气质标准。据此讨论了制定我国煤层气气质标准的原则,分析了煤层气中微量组分的测试方法和测试结果,经相关测试和计算,提供了标准参比条件、煤层气发热量、水露点、烃露点、CO2含量、汞含量等各项指标的建议数据。
It is high time that China should have a gas quality standard for coalbed methane due to the rapid development of this sector. Since there is similarity on the composition of coalbed methane and natural gas, some technical indexes and testing methods from the Standard GB 17820-1999 of the Natural Gas can be learned for setting up a gas quality standard of coalbed methane. After discussing on the standard-setting principles, this paper analyzed the testing methods and results on the minor components of the coalbed methane. Through many tests and calculations, this paper provides for suggestions on making this standard considering such indexes including the Standard reference conditions, coalbed methane calorific value, dew points of water and hydrocarbons, CO2 and mercury content and so on.
