燃气汽车发动机研究现状与发展趋势 被引量:14

摘要 由于能源紧缺和环保压力,LPG、CNG等气体燃料以经济性好、排放低而被视作汽车理想的代用燃料。然而,较之燃油汽车,燃气汽车普遍存在动力性下降的问题,制约了它们的发展。为此,国内外许多机构在这方面开展了广泛的研究工作,所取得的进展表明:液态LPG喷射及LPG、CNG缸内直喷技术对解决动力性下降问题效果比较显著。在液态LPG缸内直接喷射的同时,如果提高压缩比,其动力性可以达到原汽油机的水准。CNG缸内直接喷射技术从根本上解决了预混合方式中天然气燃料挤占空气,造成充气效率下降的问题,可有效提高CNG发动机的动力性。LNG因其纯度高、存储体积小、安全可靠、续驶里程长,比CNG更具发展潜力,是今后车用天然气的主要发展方向。 When it comes to energy crisis and environmental protection issues, gas fuels, such as LPG and CNG, have been regarded as ideal alternative vehicle fuels for their good economic performance and lower pollutant emissions. However, when compared with oil-fueled vehicles, gas-fueled vehicles are generally restricted by engine power deterioration problems. Therefore, some international institutions have performed considerable research works on it and have made some progresses. The results showed that liquid LPG injection and in-cylinder direct LPG injection and direct CNG injection techniques have significant effects on increasing engine power performance. Moreover, if the compression ratio can be enhanced along with in-cylinder direct liquid LPG injection, the engine power performance could reach the power level of gasoline engine. Thus, in-cylinder CNG direct injection technique can fundamentally solve the problems of pre-mixed mode, in which natural gas occupies the room of entering air and engine charge efficiency drops. The technique is capable of effectively enhancing CNG engine power performance. LNG has greater potential than CNG for its high purity, small storage volume, safety and credibility and continual mileage, making it the main development direction for natural gas vehicles in the future.
