摘要
随着生活水平的提高,水产食品在人们的饮食结构中所占的地位越来越重要.因此,建立水产食品的可追溯体系以保证水产食品的质量和安全日趋紧迫.针对水产食品生产和流通的特点,在分析水产食品可追溯体系所要涉及的环节及相应信息的基础上,提出了RFID(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)系统为基础的水产食品可追溯系统的框架体系.
With the increase of the living standard of people, aquatic food is playing more and more important role in people's daily life. Therefore, in order to guarantee the quality and safety of aquatic food, building the traceability system of aquatic food is becoming more and more urgent and important. According to the character of aquatic food production and circulation, and on the basis of analyzing the relevant links and information of traceability system aquatic food, a framework of traceability system of aquatic food based on RFID was suggested.
