摘要
基层党内选举制度改革是推进基层党内民主的主要内容。梳理基层党内选举制度改革中存在的主要问题并提出建设性的对策,对于推进基层党内民主建设具有重要的现实意义。进一步推进基层党内选举制度改革,必须从动力层面培育强健的动力因素;从制度层面形成有机联系的制度体系;从模式层面积极探索基层民主的多种实现形式。
