金霉素在鸡排泄物中的残留及降解动态 被引量:13

摘要 研究了肉鸡经由饲料摄入不同剂量金霉素后其排泄物中金霉素残留量的变化,以及不同处理条件下排泄物中金霉素残留的降解动态。结果表明:肉鸡分别摄入含金霉素204.23 mg.kg-1和589.66 mg.kg-1饲料,分别有62.37%和79.84%的金霉素被排入排泄物;排泄物中的金霉素残留浓度分别在6和8 h达到峰值,然后逐渐减少,到50和72 h分别降到检测限以下。金霉素在鸡排泄物中的降解动态符合一级动力学方程(R2>0.9937)。排泄物中金霉素的降解方式主要是微生物降解和光解,并且与排泄物中金霉素含量有关,金霉素含量越高,降解半衰期越长。灭菌和避光处理明显减缓了金霉素的降解速率,灭菌兼避光处理组半衰期为138.62 d,避光未灭菌组半衰期为63.01 d,光照未灭菌处理排泄物中金霉素含量从高到低为33.57、20.34和10.49 mg.kg-1,其半衰期分别为67.29、37.87和13.46 d。这表明肉鸡经饲料服用金霉素后有较高比例金霉素以原形形式随排泄物排出,且不易被降解。提示排泄物中高含量金霉素残留存在较大环境风险。 The residue kinetics of chlortetracycline (CTC) in chicken excreta when the chicken were fed containing different level CTC and its degradation kinetics under various environment conditions were investigated. The results showed that after administration of diets containing 204. 23 mg·kg^-1 and 589. 66 mg·kg^-1 CTC, there were 62. 37% and 79.84% CTC excreted as parent compound, and the concentration of CTC in excreta reached the peak at the 4th and 6th hour, then started to decline gradually, until below the determination limits at the 50th and 72nd hour, respectively. The degradation kinetics of CTC in chicken excreta with different concentration and various treatment obeyed the first order model well, with regression coefficients more than 0. 993 7. The microbial degradation and photolysis mainly contributed to the dissipation of CTC in excreta. Sterilization and dark treatment of excreta remarkably slowed the degradation rate of CTC, and the half-life was 138.62 d in sterilization and dark treatment and 63.01 d in unsterilization and darkt reatment excreta, respectively. The degradation rate of CTC in unsterilization and light treatment excreta depended on its concentration, from high to low, were 33.57, 20. 34 and 10.49 mg·kg^-1, with the half-life 67.29, 37.87 and 13.46 d, respectively.
