摘要
采用高温金属催化剂法合成脂肪族聚酯,存在高耗能、有金属残留等缺点。酶催化反应是一种新型的环境友好绿色化学技术,在温和条件下可以有效地合成聚酯,成为代替金属催化法的有效途径。对脂肪酶催化合成脂肪族聚酯的机理、影响因素等进行了探讨,并研究了利用酶化学回收再利用脂肪族聚酯的方法。
Aliphatic polyester could be synthesized by metallic catalyzer, with the disadvantage of high energy consumption and metallic retained. Enzyme-catalyzed in place of metal-catalyzed was a new kind of environment friendly green chemical technology,it could synthesize polyester under mild conditions efficiently. The lipase synthesis aliphatic polyester mechanism and other factors were discussed.and the way of using enzymes chemical to recycle aliphatic polyester were studiesd.
