摘要
首先对电信监管和反垄断管制在电信行业的应用进行了研究。各国对竞争状况不同的市场采取不同的规制体制,电信监管和反垄断管制的关系也有所不同。在对国外规制实践比较研究的基础上,阐述了我国电信监管和反垄断管制的关系,并对未来我国电信监管和反垄断管制制度进行了探索。
This paper makes a research on the practice of telecom regulation and antitrust in the telecom sector. The regulation regime varies in countries which leads to different relationship between telecom regulation and antitrust. Based on the comparative study of the foreign countries＇ practice, this paper analyzes the relationship between telecom regulation and antitrust in China and explores China＇ s future regulation framework in this sector.
